About the role:
As Senior System & Database Administrator, you will primarily be responsible for providing support, development and technical expertise for the enterprise billing system - PowerBilling & Revenue Collection (PBRC) and its related integration platforms.
In this senior technical position, responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and optimising PBRC system configuration and SQL Server integration processes
* Troubleshooting, analysing and resolving system integration issues
* Leading system upgrades, testing cycles, incident response and vendor support engagements
* Ensuring high‐quality billing data, reporting and financial analysis
About you:
* Strong skills in Oracle SQL, SQL Server and XML
* Proven experience managing system integration's and upgrades
* Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system integration and process issues
* Ability to mentor and guide junior team members and external consultants
