OverviewWe're looking for a casual Cook in Berry NSW to cater for large school groups, corporate events and daily onsite meals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
On-site parking is provided.THE POSITIONAssist in the preparation, bulk cooking and presentation of meals to a consistently high standard across a variety of group settings.Cater for large school groups, corporate functions and day-to-day guests.Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and allergen controls, especially when catering for children.Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and presentation in line with HACCP and internal guidelines.Monitor food costs through effective portion control, waste minimisation and stock management.Support the ongoing development of healthy menu options and nutritional awareness.Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work as required.THE PERSONFood Safety Supervisor certification (highly regarded).
