Lead budgeting and continuous forecasting across multiple business units.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Develop financial plans aligned with organisational objectives.
Deliver options and scenarios to influence operational and financial outcomes.
Contribute to process improvements and technology initiatives.
Assist with reporting, compliance cycles, and project accounting as required.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Business Partner, Finance Should Have
A degree in Accounting, Finance, and progress toward CPA/CA membership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience with ERP systems.
Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is desirable.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
