You will keep the shopfloor neat, ensure stock and promotions are ready, and help create a shoppable environment.
What you'll be doingProviding a superior customer experience for each person who walks through our store.Ensuring our stores are open and ready to be shopped by our customers.Managing the movement of stock, optimising sales, filing and tidying the shopfloor and getting the store set up for promotions and sales.Working with the store team to maintain high standards of store presentation.Demonstrating strong product knowledge and researching and describing product features and benefits.Recommending, selecting, and helping locate product based on customer needs or desires.Supporting the store leadership team with assigned tasks in line with departmental expectations.Reporting safety hazards or concerns to management to ensure the store is a safe place to work and shop.
What we're looking forPrevious experience in a customer-service role is desirable.A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task to assist multiple customers.Energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations with a personable demeanor.
