Your new role
A full‑time IT Support position is available for someone ready to take the first steps in their IT career. You'll work in a high‑volume, demanding environment, providing technical support to remote sites and responding to a wide range of IT issues. Strong communication skills-especially over the phone-are essential, along with the ability to listen, act decisively, remain patient, and adapt to changing business processes. This permanent role may require early morning, evening, or weekend on‑call availability. The position can be based at the North Lakes Support Office or at a store location with suitable office space.
What you'll need to succeed
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
* Knowledge of Business Central
* SQL and PowerShell experience (advantageous)
* Experience working with ERPs
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong problem‑solving ability, with the capacity to identify and prioritise support issues
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
* Retail industry experience
* Excellent customer service skills, both phone‑based and face‑to‑face
* Experience delivering efficient and effective solutions to business challenges
* Previous Help Desk experience (preferred)
* Relevant certificate or degree qualifications
* You'll also bring integrity, accountability, and a willingness to take ownership of your work.
