We're delivering a major upgrade at Barry Beach Marine Terminal for a long-term client enabling them to decommission oil and gas rigs which has reached the end of their lifespan. This project will strengthen wharves, install massive piles, and construct heavy‑duty slabs and pavements in preparation for one of the most significant offshore transitions in decades, and this project is the foundation that makes it possible.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to manage all contractual, financial, and procurement aspects of the project ensuring goods and services are sourced at the best value, delivered on time, and aligned with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors, providing recommendations to the Project Manager.
* Develop subcontractor scopes aligned with the main D&C contract.
* Oversee subcontract management including payment claims and final accounts.
* Monitor compliance with QDC's safety and quality standards.
* Prepare, review, and submit project variations.
* Track costs, progress, and scheduling, including subcontractor payments.
* Prepare comprehensive contract documentation from concept to commissioning.
* Support technical, practical, and safety aspects of industrial and commercial projects.
About You
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Certificate or tertiary qualification in Contract Administration or equivalent trade background.
* 7–10+ years' experience in contract administration, preferably on D&C projects.
* Strong knowledge of standard construction contracts and variation processes.
* Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft365, Procore, 1Breadcrumb, and Workbench.
* Exposure to marine infrastructure, piling, or wharf works.
