About the Opportunity
M&B/M10 Geraldton is growing, and we're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team! We're hiring a Trade Counter Sales Consultant to help us deliver exceptional service and quality building materials to our valued customers.
As a Trade Sales team member, you'll be the face of M&B/M10 Geraldton, helping customers find the perfect timber and plasterboard solutions for their projects. Your expertise and customer-focused approach will play a key role in ensuring their success.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with inquiries and provide expert product advice.
* Quoting and processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and welcoming sales environment.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Stay updated on product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in customer service or sales (building supplies experience is a plus).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
* Willingness to learn about timber and plasterboard products.
* Basic computer skills for processing sales and inventory.
