A leading national mid-tier law firm is seeking a talented Solicitor with 2+ years' post-admission experience to join its high-performing Insolvency & Debt Recovery team, based in its Sydney office.

About the Role:
* Act on behalf of liquidators, administrators, creditors, and corporate clients in a broad mix of insolvency and commercial litigation matters
* Run files relating to corporate insolvency, bankruptcy, enforcement, and debt recovery
* Prepare legal documents, manage court processes, and liaise directly with clients and counsel
* Gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of matters, including complex restructuring and enforcement proceedings
* Join a supportive and collaborative national team with excellent mentoring and clear career progression
About You:
* 2+ years PQE with experience in insolvency law and debt recovery
* Solid understanding of the Corporations Act, PPSA, and enforcement litigation
* Excellent drafting and communication skills
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
* A proactive and collaborative mindset
