About the Role
The function of the Customer Services Administrator is to ensure that Radlink customers receive a high standard of administrative support for Service and Sales activity. The role undertakes and coordinates administrative tasks and forms the direct link between clients and the company for transactional sales and Service work.
Skills and Experience
* Current C-Class Drivers License
* 3-5 years relevant work experience
* Good knowledge of products available for customers
* Computer literate and able to enter data accurately e.g. preparing invoices and purchase orders
* Sound business acumen, communication and administration skills
* Knowledge of MS Office applications
* Able to work well alone or as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
* Undertakes all activities in line with the Radlink HSEQ Policy. Reports all near misses, incidents according to the procedures, promptly and clearly with all the required detail
* Processes direct sales, quotes, prices and arranges installations in accordance with company practice
* Directs enquiries into channels appropriate to handle them
* Prepares invoices and raises purchase orders
* Supports customer warranty processes and any required supplier rectification for the client
* Maintains liaison with Sales and Service Departments and keeps them up to date with developments in their own areas and advises them of new customer contacts and matters such as complaints which affect them
* Updates and maintains client records
* Supports stock management and annual stock take records
* Supports other operational administrative functions as required
* Liaises with clients, vendors and suppliers
* Adopts a working style in line with Radlink Values
