Main Responsibilities
* Manage daily centre operations, staff supervision, resource allocation, and parent communication effectively.
* Support Educators through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth initiatives.
* Develop engaging activities for children's cognitive and social development.
* Prioritise children's safety and well-being above all else.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Foster a positive culture promoting teamwork, diversity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in childcare or a similar setting, including leadership roles.
* Current Working with Children Check certification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities efficiently.
* Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
