Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage inventory and stock levels of office supplies.
2. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail operations.
3. Ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials from suppliers.
4. Maintain organization and cleanliness of workspace.
5. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.
6. Support team members with administrative tasks.
7. Oversee facility maintenance and repair activities.
8. Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
9. Assist in managing budget and financial transactions.
10. Provide general support to facilitate smooth operations.
Skills & Experience:
11. Previous experience in property, building/facilities management, or corporate real estate is preferred.
12. Adaptability and a flexible, innovative approach.
13. Proficiency in desktop applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Work Order Management Systems.
