Job details
Seeking an experienced data analyst to develop and deploy a series of tools to aid remote employment providers in making timely and accurate claims.
This will involve two phases: updating an existing Microsoft Excel-based tool to comply with the latest policy changes and legislation, and converting this updated tool to an HTML format.
This role will require experience in stakeholder liaison to ensure that the product developed suits the broad range of stakeholder skill levels, and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
Key duties and responsibilities
* Engagement with stakeholders to determine business requirements
* Updating existing tools to ensure policy and legislative compliance
* Developing new tools to suit stakeholder needs
* Liaising with agency ICT teams to deploy new tools in a short timeframe
* Engage with policy teams within the agency to ensure usability and accuracy
* Documenting technical processes, to ensure all Business as Usual (BAU) team members have the necessary capability to maintain these resources
Essential criteria
1. Proven track record in building and maintaining robust tools using Microsoft Excel and HTML.
2. Proven ability to engage with stakeholders to determine reporting requirements to ensure products are fit for current purposes, and able to be scaled to suit future needs and policy changes.
3.Demonstrated ability to develop standard operating procedures, design and deliver training in maintenance and extension of tools.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $900.00 – $1,100.00 per day
