Description What’s the role? As our Executive Assistant, you’ll be our trusted partner keeping the engine running! Supporting the Head of Business Risk Management (BRM) and the Head of Personal Loans, you’ll provide high-trust, proactive, and end-to-end executive support. In this role, you’ll own diary and inbox management, making sure every meeting, message and follow up is handled with care and precision. You’ll coordinate travel, expenses and events. From town halls to offsites, you will provide tailored executive support in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy being a step ahead, building strong relationships and bringing structure to complex days, you’ll feel right at home here. This is a 6-month max-term contract opportunity based in Sydney at Barangaroo What do I need? Experience supporting senior Executives (Head of/GM) in a high volume, complex organisation Confidence managing diaries, inboxes and competing priorities with care and accuracy Strong digital skills across tools such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams A thoughtful, forward-looking approach to how AI can support day to day work Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in everything you do Internal and external stakeholder relations Why join us?
