About the Role:

The role will involve providing 360-degree recruitment consulting services for temporary and contract roles and will have autonomy to manage and develop your own client relationships. Key responsibilities include:
* Business development and nurturing new client relationships
* Conducting in-depth face-to-face interviews
* Proactively sourcing calibre candidates
* Engaging in high-level negotiations with external stakeholders at all levels
* Being honest and transparent with clients and candidates

Your Background:
* Ideally, 12 months of consistent experience working in white-collar recruitment. Alternatively, you should be relationship-driven, have a strong work ethic, and a passion to succeed.
* Strong sales experience or a sales mindset coupled with excellent negotiation skills
* A proven passion for working with people, networking, and providing great customer service. This can include experiences across sales, hospitality, credit control, and retail.
* You are resilient, a team player, and a confident communicator
