Key Responsibilities
You will be the trusted business advisor for small enterprise customers in your region, providing tailored financial solutions and building meaningful relationships.
1. Bespoke lending solutions up to $1.25M, plus asset finance, merchant facilities, and everyday banking services
2. Support both business and personal needs, including home financing options
3. Act as a brand ambassador in your community, hosting education events and fostering referral partnerships
The role requires experience in commercial lending or B2B sales, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and interpersonal skills. Home lending experience is also beneficial, as is FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and CAA Level 2 certification (or willingness to obtain). The ideal candidate has a passion for supporting small businesses and their local community.
