We provide a broad range of family counselling and support, financial wellbeing, domestic and family violence programs, housing, aged care advocacy, AOD, mental health, employment, and community development programs.
CCNT undertakes several accreditation and registration processes to ensure alignment with best practice standards and regulatory body requirements.
These processes involve preparing evidence of alignment, facilitating focus groups and overseeing on-site audits.
This position will focus on the National Aged Care Advocacy Program (NACAP) and Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) within the Quality team.
About The Role The Quality Officer is responsible for providing support to managers and aged care advocates to enable national consistent implementation of NACAP requirements.
The role supports the national aged care advocacy framework, national minimum data set, and all resources on the Advocacy Academy and Aged Care Act hub.
It also supports compliance for the CCNT Remote Australia Employment Services (RAES) and is familiar with other industry standards that apply to current CatholicCare NT program delivery.
The role conducts internal audits to support program compliance and provides evidence of alignment with best practices, including WHS requirements.
What We Are Looking For Relevant qualification and experience Minimum of two years experience working in the not-for-profit, health, aged care, or human services sectors, preferably in NACAP and/or aged care services Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders, provide clear and concise reports and data analysis Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people Experience in developing and implementing quality systems including data management, conducting internal audits, mentoring staff, supporting accreditation and change management processes How To Apply For a full role description including key selection criteria, please visit our careers website: Applications close: 9am Tuesday 16 December ****.
