**Team Member - Contact Centre - Contractor**
**How will I help?**
Our Merchant Support Team is seeking Team Members like you! You will play an integral role in fostering a cohesive team environment and building strong relationships across different teams and with m erchant customers of Westpac. You will actively contribute ideas, share best practices, and collaborate to meet challenges and deliver a great customer experience to our m erchant customers.
As Merchant Support Team Member, your role will entail:
- Working with a call centre environment you will a ssist our Merchant customers with any support they need.
- Contribute to building a customer-centric culture and delivering a superior end-to-end support process.
- Administrative tasks e.g. data entry.

**What do I need?**
To excel in this role, the following experience is required:
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Contact/Call centre experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience providing administrative support.
- Banking and Finance knowledge and experience (Desirable).
- Problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.
