General Practitioner – Muchea, Swan Valley, WA (DPA/MM2)
THE PRACTICE Join a well‑managed practice in a well‑fitted‑out facility and enjoy a great lifestyle in the Swan Valley. Level 3 Supervisor is in place for RACGP PEP Specialist Pathway. Independent GP‑Owned Practice. Working hours are based on 8 am – 4.30 pm on weekdays. Patient and staff parking is available. Choose your appointment times – you have full clinical independence.
THE OPPORTUNITY You’ll be supported with full nursing coverage and allied health support. Skin cancer, minor procedures, women’s health and chronic disease management GP sub‑specialties are in demand. You will earnapproved $150 /hour, orঞ্চ 65‑70 % of billings, whichever is higher. Likely earnings $250 000სპ–$400 000 before tax each year.
DUTIES
* Examine patients and take their histories, order laboratory tests, X‑rays and other diagnostic procedures.
* Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients’ physical and mental health.
* Prescribe and administer medications and treatments.
* Vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases.
* Advise patients and their families on health care including health promotion, disease, illness and accident prevention.
* Provide counseling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues.
LOCATION DPA/MM2, Muchea, is a busy location. The existing patient base draws from nearby locations, and there is a significant shortage of General Practitioners across the area. Visa sponsors will support permanent residency.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS Relocation / sign‑on bonus of up to $15 000.
ABOUT YOU This role will suit a General Practitioner who holds FRACGP, FACRRM, or a comparable specialist pathway qualification. Will suit NHS‑trained MRCGPs on the Expedited Pathway, as well as those on the RACGP PEP Specialist Pathway. Additional information: DPA/MM2 location in the Swan Valley, Perth MM2; great work/life balance for those on the PEP Specialist Pathway; easy commute to Perth suburbs like Midland and Ellenbrook.
