Service Administrator
Step into a dynamic role within our Maritime Cargo and Construction division in Erskine Park to focus on providing vital administrative support across a wide range of tasks supporting the service team in maintaining and enhancing their customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Raise and process customer service jobs and repair orders, including costing completed jobs
* Support the scheduling of service jobs
* Prepare and issue invoices for completed service work in a timely manner
* Coordinate travel, organising team members' travel and accommodation arrangements as required
* Administer timesheets for payroll and reporting purposes
* Process expense claims and manage purchasing activities and accounts payable workflow with precision to ensure compliance with our policies
* Address customer inquiries professionally to ensure timely and effective resolution
* Maintain and update databases, ensuring filing systems are organised, up to date and efficiently archived
About You
* Strong customer service focus with a professional manner
* Self‐driven and proactive
* Strong problem‐solving skills
* Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* CertIII in Business Administration or minimum 2 years in a relevant administrative role
