The Content Marketing team creates content that helps our property‐savvy audience achieve their home goals seamlessly through editorials, videos, podcasts and branded content.
We are looking for a proactive and passionate Production Coordinator to join our Sydney office as part of our busy video team, helping to coordinate the day‐to‐day running of the team and allowing us to deliver outstanding content for different platforms.
What The Role Is All About
This role partners with many different teams across the business – including Content, Social, Marketing, Sales, Product and more – with the aim to support the video team in producing exciting video content for our property‐savvy audience.
* Coordinate weekly video shoots across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane with multiple stakeholders; work with clients and video producers to maximise shoot days and video delivery across platforms.
* Support the day‐to‐day priorities of the team with a daily to‐do list and meticulous updating of our trackers – helping the video team deliver on time.
* Manage exciting video campaigns from start to finish – generating timelines, organising shoot locations and crew, managing feedback and asset delivery.
* Coordinate freelancers/contractors and keep them on timeline.
* Build and maintain strong internal working relationships with Content, Content Marketing, Social, Brand Partnerships and other teams to assist in delivery of our video initiatives.
* Assist with production budgets and report costs to Head of Video.
* Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, invoicing and receipting for video productions.
Who We're Looking For
* 3–5 years of proven experience in a coordinator role, ideally in media, content, production or creative agency with video production experience will be favourably considered.
* Organisational expert who can own the production process and schedule news‐style shoots effectively.
* Ability to keep the team updated with shifting timelines and priorities across multiple platforms.
* Positive, organised with a can‐do attitude.
* Strong relationship building skills with a variety of stakeholders internally and externally.
* Experience working with budgets and invoicing.
* Comfortable working to deadlines while providing exceptional communication to the team and clients.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with suppliers and freelancers.
* Knowledge of video podcast production is a bonus.
