Your Next Career Step: Ward Clerk – Operating Theatres
We are seeking organised and proactive Ward Clerks to provide high-quality, confidential, and efficient administrative support within the Operating Theatres at Port Lincoln Health Service. In this vital role, you will help ensure smooth patient flow, accurate communication, and reliable administrative operations that support safe and effective theatre services.
Working closely with nursing and medical staff, you will play a key part in coordinating appointments, managing theatre-related documentation, and supporting the overall functionality of the unit. Your ability to work collaboratively, handle competing priorities, and contribute to a high-performing environment will make a meaningful difference to patient care.

What We're Looking For:
* Do you have excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication, with sound spelling and grammar?
* Are you organised with high-level time management and the ability to work flexibly in a dynamic team?
* Do you have experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access, and familiarity with video conferencing technology?
