About the role
We are a progressive and growing allied health provider, delivering high quality, client-centred Occupational Therapy services across the Perth metropolitan area.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a registered Occupational Therapist to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for an Occupational Therapist who is ready to take their experience to the next level, and is motivated by autonomy, flexibility, and genuine support in their work.
Services are delivered within the community, with caseloads shaped around your skills, interests, and professional goals.
You will work with a varied and meaningful caseload across:
* NDIS participants;
* Mental health; and
* Psychosocial disabilities.
We are also committed to supporting clinicians who wish to explore or develop additional practice areas, providing opportunities for growth and diversification of experience.
What you'll be doing
This role is designed for an Occupational Therapist who wants more control over how, when and where they work, without compromising professional standards or earning potential.

* Providing ongoing therapy and intervention services;
* Preparing high quality reports and documentation;
* Conducting assessments as required;
* Working remotely and autonomously while remaining connected to a supportive clinical team;

What you'll bring
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (required);
* Post-graduate clinical experience;
* NDIS experience (desirable, not essential);
* Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle (required);
* Current police clearance check (or willingness to obtain);
* Strong communication skills and a client-centred approach; and
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a broader team.
