CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking a motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant with experience in permanent recruitment to join our dynamic Brisbane team. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent placements, from business development to candidate onboarding. You will act as the single point of contact for both clients and candidates, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. You’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, with the autonomy to run your own desk, build client relationships, and manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, industry-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Be considered a Permanent Recruitment Expert and provide consultative advice to clients and candidates on the recruitment process to achieve a seamless and efficient experience for all stakeholders; Actively plan and undertake business development activities in the local area to source employer client placement opportunities; Develop and maintain valuable, mutually beneficial, long-term client and candidate relationships through regular engagement; Identifying and developing client/business relationships; Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database; Assessing and responding to the needs of each client or assignment; Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client; Managing the recruitment process through the interview to offer stage and beyond; Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate; Offering CV, interview, and general career advice; Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities; Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and administrators to ensure high performance and professional development. Our Ideal Candidate: Out of the box thinker who is outgoing and willing to communicate and interact with clients 5 years working experience in recruitment or corporate sales Experience in team management or leadership roles will be an absolute advantage Customer-oriented and sales-driven with solid sales track record in relevant sectors Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
