Sanector, based in Jindong just 20 minutes from Busselton, is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small, dedicated team in a fast-paced warehouse environment supporting our 24-hour premium wine bottling operation. This is a full-time, day shift role however flexibility is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for effective service delivery of the warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant service delivery;
* Lead warehouse staff including rostering, training, and performance management;
* Proactively managing warehouse, receiving orders, storing and retrieving stock, packaging completed orders and managing their dispatch;
* Build sound relationships with suppliers and with transport providers to ensure good quality service is achieved'
* Ensure compliance with WHS, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures;
* Operate forklifts as required and manage equipment maintenance and safety checks;
* Coordinate with transport providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries;
* Control warehouse labour costs within budget;
* Support planning and customer service teams to maintain minimum stock levels;
* Perform other duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
* 3–5 years' experience in warehouse supervision or management.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience in inventory control;
* High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively;
* Sound understanding of safety regulations and quality standards;
* Current Forklift License.
