Hourly rate : $***** – $***** + Superannuation + penalty rates for nights and weekends, and NFP salary packaging (pay up to $18,550 less tax per year, meaning more money for you)

The requirements | What it takes to do this work
A Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support
An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their needs
12 months+ experience delivering exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skill
