Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an HSEQ Advisor. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing our health, safety, environment, and quality management systems at site level.
The HSEQ Advisor will be responsible for providing specialist advice to facilitate compliance with our Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System. This includes food safety and support to our operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct risk assessments and develop procedures
* Lead incident investigations and implement processes to ensure incidents are reported and investigations completed
* Support Return to Work Processes
* Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual audits
Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma in Work Health and Safety
* Qualifications in ICAM investigations and root cause analysis (preferred)
* Minimum of two years' experience in Health and Safety, Environmental, Health, or similar
* Driver's licence (Essential)
