The Opportunity
Due to continued growth and a major Sydney project entering delivery in a couple of months, they are seeking a capable Contract Administrator to join the project team and support the commercial and contractual performance of a landmark development. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high‑profile, design‑led project, gaining exposure to full lifecycle delivery within a well‑structured developer‑builder environment.
The Role
* Procurement and administration of subcontractor and supplier packages
* Preparing scopes, letting contracts, and managing subcontract agreements
* Assessing and administering variations, progress claims and payment schedules
* Assisting with cost tracking, forecasting and monthly commercial reporting
* Reviewing drawings and consultant documentation for scope clarity and risk
* Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and internal delivery teams
* Supporting contract compliance, reporting and project close‑out processes
About You
* Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
* 2+ years' experience in a Contract Administrator role within apartment or mixed‑use construction
* Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement and cost control
* Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational and communication skills
* Confident working in a fast‑paced, professional project environment
* Experience on design‑led or developer‑builder projects will be highly regarded
