* Expected salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
Minimum 4 years' experience required

Must be available for morning & evening shifts
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Take full responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to hotel standards during service
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining high food quality
• Ensure all food preparation and storage meets food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Assist with menu execution, daily prep lists, and stock rotation
• Minimise waste and maintain cost control within your section
• Support and guide junior kitchen staff and apprentices when required
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times
• Communicate effectively with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and wider kitchen team
• Be reliable, punctual, and flexible across morning and evening shifts
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years' experience working as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Strong knowledge of pub-style and modern Australian cuisine preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
• Availability across both morning and evening shifts, including weekends
