Account Executive - Personal Lines

What You'll Do:
* Autonomously manage a loyal client portfolio, including renewals, quotes, endorsements, and cancellations
* Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
* Secure new business and retain existing clients through outstanding service and expertise
* Liaise regularly with underwriters, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
* Maintain compliance and operational standards, including renewals, debtors, and regulatory requirements
* Contribute to team growth and uphold the company's values of excellence, integrity, and client care
Required Skills:
* Proven experience managing high-net-worth personal lines or domestic portfolios
* Tier 1 Broking qualification is essential
* Strong client relationship and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and self-motivation
* Experience with Broking software and a good understanding of Victorian insurance relationships
Nice to Have Skills:
* Experience with Steadfast, WinBeat, and other broking platforms
* A comprehensive understanding of market dynamics affecting personal insurance
* Additional qualifications in financial services or related fields
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Tier 1 Broking qualification
* Minimum of 3+ years' experience in account executive within the insurance industry, especially in personal or high-net-worth lines
Other Requirements:
* Victorian insurance industry connections and relationships
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive approach to client service and portfolio management
