As an Occupational Therapist on our team, you'll have the opportunity to work within a highly respected, passionate, and innovative practice that provides multi-disciplinary services to over 1200 people each month in the Ballarat community.What We OfferInnovative, Interdisciplinary Care: Work alongside an enthusiastic team of Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and other health professionals to deliver comprehensive, holistic care.
Collaborating with colleagues from diverse specialties ensures you're always learning and growing in your field.Diverse Caseload: Engage with a broad range of clients, including those with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, motor coordination difficulties, and neurodivergent individuals.
You'll support clients in fine and gross motor skills, sensory integration, emotional regulation, school readiness, executive functioning, self-care, and sensory profile development.
Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to facilitate group therapy sessions, helping clients improve social skills and emotional regulation.Personalised Mentorship and Career Growth: We are dedicated to your professional development and offer tailored supervision and mentoring based on your individual learning style and career goals.
