**About the Opportunity**:
- _ 1 Part time Receptionist - Monday, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays (30 hours total)_
- _ Conveniently located on Goodwood Road where we have plenty of parking, close to various Bus stops and also close to various shops and café's!_

**The Heart of the Role**:
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression.
- Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner.
**What you'll bring**:
- Ability to keep calm and qualified in a fast-paced environment
- Previous reception or customer service experience highly regarded but not essential
- Personable, positive, and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
- Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong communication and organisation skills
