**Job Overview**:
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Director to assist with sales and marketing activities. The role will require managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, collaborating with colleagues overseas in China to facilitate sales and production, and participating in the development of marketing, new services, and projects.

**Requirements**:
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn about customer relationship management
- Interest in working in a multi-cultural background, especially with Chinese
- Familiarity with sales funnel process, project management, and CRM tools
- Familiarity with the promotional products industry is preferred but not required

- Passionate about maintaining regular client engagement and solving problems
- Enjoy engaging with overseas colleagues using online channels like Zoom
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently with proper documentation and regular reporting
- Open-minded to new ideas and projects with a strong willingness to participate

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
