Carers Collective is a fast-growing disability services provider delivering high-quality, participant-focused care across Queensland and beyond. We are seeking a motivated and energetic Recruitment Officer to join our team.
This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships and is passionate about finding the right people to support quality service delivery. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of positions. You’ll work closely with our Operations team to attract, screen, and onboard high-quality candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
The role:
* Manage recruitment campaigns from advertising to onboarding
* Screen resumes
* Coordinate and conduct interviews
* Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation
* Maintain recruitment systems and candidate records
* Assist with recruitment reporting and administration
* Promote company values and culture throughout the hiring process
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and people skills - you use clear and professional communication that align with the values of the company
* High attention to detail - you maintain accurate records, data entry and calendar management.
* Organised, proactive and ability to multitask – you can manage multiple vacancies, meet deadlines and think quickly to stay ahead of challenges before they become issues.
* Tech-savvy – comfortable with recruitment systems, Microsoft Teams, and communication platforms.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively - you manage tasks autonomously while also working alongside managers, coordinators, or wider teams to achieve recruitment goals.
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in recruitment, HR or administration (health, disability, aged care, or similar preferred).
* Knowledge of SCHADS Award and/or NDIS Practice Standards (or willingness to learn).
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, and NDIS Orientation Certificate (or ability to obtain).
