Our client is a market leader in media space with global presence and fantastic culture. Currently they are seeking a driven Assistant Accountant to join their dynamic finance team for an immediate start.
The Role
In this role, you'll sit in a team of 7 and plays a key part in revenue cash transaction reconciliations. This is a 12 month maternity leave cover role, reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
* Reconciliation of very high-volume cash transactions
* P&L review for assigned GL accounts
* Assisting with month end & year end
* Posting journals
* Reconciliations - Balance sheet and P&L
* Adhoc duties as required
About you:
* 2+ years' in a similar role before
* Strong Excel skills
* Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
