If you are a senior developer who thrives on autonomy and challenge, this is the role for you. What you’ll be doing: Taking full technical ownership of the mission-critical Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Analysing, refactoring, and remediating legacy code to align with modern best practices. Designing and developing new solutions using C#, JavaScript, and the full Power Platform suite (including Power Pages). Building and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate deployments. Collaborating directly with the CTO, Solution Architect, and business leaders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. What you'll bring to the team: 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Developer. Expert-level skills in C#, JavaScript, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and ideally Power Pages). Proven experience with the D365 Sales and Customer Service modules - essential. Strong experience with Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and proactively. What else is offered: A competitive salary of $160,000 - $170,000 Super.
