What You’ll Be Doing:
As anAssociate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients and candidates while developing deep expertise in your specialist market. You will:
Build solid, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
Match top talent with the right opportunities
Identify recent business and generate leads
Negotiate terms and close deals
Deliver outstanding service, every time
