**About the Role**

Reporting to the Area Manager, we are looking for an experienced Workshop Co-Ordinator to work out of our Woodridge Depot, where you will be responsible for achieving optimum maintenance levels on all fleet while ensuring costs are maintained within budget.

The focus of this role will see you co-ordinating the servicing and commercial ‘fit outs’ as well as vehicle delivery across locations.

Demonstrated knowledge of maintaining inventory; equipment, tools, materials, and supplies used in vehicle maintenance, repair, and disposition; and procurement specification procedures, is essential.

This role is a permanent full-time role, where you will work Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, with flexibility to work additional days/hours to meet the needs of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule the on-site / off-site delivery, servicing, and maintenance of fleet to ensure all ‘work/repair orders’ are actioned based on urgency and fleet requirements.
- Ensure all services, repairs and warranties have been inspected and signed off, meeting Company’s quality standards, including test drive of vehicles, before being released to the general Fleet.
- Raise and track purchase orders, to ensure all stock, parts and equipment is readily available, so mechanics can carry out works both on-site and off-site.
- Arrange quotes for maintenance repairs on vehicles from 3rd parties, negotiating corporate rates with suppliers as required, ensuring timely placement of orders, pickup and delivery of stock.
- Co-ordinate with external parties the servicing, maintenance, registration, and safety certificates for fleet including heavy vehicles and Cranes.
- Liaise with all locations regarding servicing and maintenance of fleet including 3rd parties.
- Coordinate ‘fit out’ of vehicles to meet Commercial Clients’ needs /specifications, ensuring parts are ordered in advance for both standard and ad-hoc installations.
- Work alongside the Claims Team to reduced lag times for damage/panel repairs, mechanical works, windscreen repairs etc.
- Co-ordinate and maintain records of all inspections both local and interstate; registrations and certifications of all fleet including heavy vehicles to ensure road worthy, both COI (Certificate of Inspection) and AIS (Authorised Inspection Scheme).
- Input accurate information on servicing / maintenance / repairs of Fleet into the Operating System whilst ensuring that all checklists are adhered to.
- Assist with any other duties as required.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Extensive experience in Fleet Management, working in a dealership, vehicle servicing team or logistics where you have co-ordinated the maintenance and servicing of a large fleet is a **MUST.**:

- Mechanical knowledge in the general maintenance of vehicles such as general service, tyres, brakes, electrical, body, highly regarded.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills both with internal and external customers is imperative, with the ability to negotiate with 3rd parties and suppliers.
- Experienced in dealing with customer issues and conflict resolution with the ability to quickly and effectively resolve escalated issues.
- Ability to multitask, be highly organised with have a strong attention to detail.
- Take pride in your work, the office that you work in and the presentation of the fleet of vehicles.
- Hold an open, manual drivers’ license with no restrictions and a good driving record and your own reliable transport to get to work.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
