As the Account Executive, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and position Ricoh as a leading Digital Services Solutions provider.
You will forge and sustain strong client relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, and strategically plan your territory. Your role involves selling a broad range of Information Technology and Ricoh's Managed Networking and End User Compute Services, tailored to client needs. You'll develop and execute plans to meet sales targets, manage CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth. Staying up to date with industry trends and identifying new opportunities will be crucial.

To be successful in this role:
The suitable candidate will possess the following:
* 5+ Years quota carrying sales and account relationship management experience.
* Successful sales targets achievements and strong desire to over-achieve revenue goals.
* Evidence of results prospecting and creating more than 30% of your own pipeline.
* Track record of business/account plan development and execution.
* Experience in handling both business and technical decision makers in customer organisations.
* Strong sales skills including business justification, negotiation and closing.
* Ability to operate in both hunting and farming models
