Job Summary
As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical equipment and systems that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
* Designing and developing mechanical equipment and systems, including machines, components, and products for manufacture.
* Establishing work measurement programs and analyzing work samples to develop standards for labor utilization.
* Analyzing workforce utilization, facility layout, operational data, and production schedules and costs to determine optimum worker and equipment efficiencies.
* Developing specifications for manufacture and determining materials, equipment, piping, material flows, capacities, and layout of plant construction and systems.
* Organizing and managing project labor and coordinating the delivery of materials, plant, and equipment.
* Establishing standards and policies for installation, modification, quality control, testing, inspection, and maintenance in accordance with engineering principles and safety regulations.
* Carrying out inspections to ensure optimum performance is maintained.
* Directing maintenance activities and coordinating requirements for new designs, surveys, and maintenance schedules.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with the following qualifications:
* At least 1–2 years of relevant engineering experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, project specifications, and engineering standards.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and deliver results within deadlines.
