**About the Company**
Great opportunity to join a large NSW government organisation on a 3 month contract.
This role will have training in the Newcastle office and will go in to the office twice a month and the rest work from home.
This position is Monday - Friday on a rotating roster 6am - 10pm and no work on public holidays.
**About the Role**
- Provide high quality generalist service as the first point of contact for the contact centre customers.
- Receive inbound calls, obtain necessary information and utilise generalist knowledge to transfer customers to
- appropriate contact centre specialists in a courteous, accurate and effective manner.
- Undertake administrative work as required to support the provision of high quality service delivery
- Create a positive relationship in all customer interactions across all interaction channels.
**About You**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills and proficient in Microsoft office suite
