The Hospitality Host is a key role in the casino's Player Development department, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and supporting Casino Hosts on days off. This position requires administrative, customer service, and systems expertise to engage with Casino Players, attend special events, and understand daily promotions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on real-time service for VIP customers, demonstrating exceptional guest service with every interaction.
* Assist Casino Hosted guests with requests and demands, ensuring timely and accurate service in a fast-paced high-demand atmosphere.
* Handle all operational aspects of the player development department from opening to close daily, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed with required paperwork completed and filed accurately.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of guest service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the Casino or Hotel business preferred.
* Experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred, with proficient knowledge of CMP & LMS programs and Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
* Must have exceptional guest service skills, ability to resolve stressful situations, and make sound complimentary decisions based on tracked customer play.
* Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while conducting themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
