As a key engineering contact, you will play a pivotal role in Powerlink operational and technical commissioning matters. Your responsibilities will include supporting the delivery of the Integrated Works Program, influencing quality assurance, engineering and technical solutions for construction and commissioning works, and investigating and reporting on plant failures and plant conditions.

This role requires strong written and oral communication skills, as well as problem-solving skills and interpersonal and negotiating abilities. You must possess a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and Registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) in the area of Electrical. Additionally, you should have demonstrated knowledge of substation asset construction, testing/commissioning and maintenance activities and practices.
