The Role We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Assistant Club Manager who is passionate about creating an exceptional member experience. In this role, you'll support the Club Manager by overseeing daily club operations, driving membership growth, and ensuring members feel welcomed and supported on their fitness journey.
As part of your responsibilities, you may also be called upon to :
Engage with current and potential members to promote our club Drive membership sales and achieve set targets Execute effective lead generation and marketing initiatives Coordinate pre-sale events to increase brand awareness Maintain a clean, safe, and vibrant club environment Ensure top-notch customer service and operational excellence Assist with administrative duties and club operations About You You're a people-focused professional with a passion for health and fitness. Your skills include :
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role Strong ability to engage and build relationships with members Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) Why Join Us?
