This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with experienced and sound Reception and Administration skills to join our Parent Pathways team in Cairns. In this role you will support the work of our Mentors across our national footprint, ensuring that we meet requirements of our government contracts.
We are looking for a self-starter with a "can-do" attitude, that can take ownership of tasks with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment. Your day to day will include:

Prior experience in office administration essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Supporting administrative processes and data entry
Ability to read and interpret guidelines and follow processes and procedures
Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
An ability to work flexibly and adapt to a changing environment
A team player is a must but you need to also be comfortable operating autonomously and happy to be self-directed
About Us:
National Joblink (NJL) is a not-for-profit organisation serving local communities for over 30 years throughout Tasmania and Queensland. Today we provide a suite of services under the framework of Workforce Australia, are a specialised RTO, have a successful training restaurant in Cairns and recently open a cafe in Launceston, provide outdoor activities at our Tarkine Wilderness Lodge and conduct Driving Schools throughout Queensland and Tasmania.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Duties will include:
Management of electronic mailbox; sort, filter and respond to emails
High level Computer Literacy across M365 applications.
Excellent organisational, time management and prioritising skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a range of staff, both verbally and electronically.
Ability to perform assigned tasks in the required timeframes, accurately and with impeccable attention to detail.
