The Role
As the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in leading our boutique teams, guiding best practice customer service, and encouraging individual growth. Your expertise will drive positive experiences for customers and help achieve commercial outcomes.

This role reports into the respective Boutique Manager.

Your Key Qualifications (About You)
* At least 2-years' experience in retail or hospitality environment
* Exceptional communication and a focus on customer experience.

* Able to advise and direct communication confidently.
