As a member of the Change Risk Chapter, you will work with your Chapter Lead and Risk Business Partner to support effective risk and control management associated to change implementation across Bankwest. Your day could look like but not limited to: The principal accountabilities of the Manager, Change Risk will be to: Analyse and assess the impact of both regulatory and organisational change. Provide specialist advice on change risk. Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, Line 1 & 2 Risk, Group Operational Risk and Audit partners. Accountable for data quality in various databases (including RiskInSite) relevant to the execution of the tasks the team perform. We’re interested in hearing from people who have experience in but not limited to: A deep understanding and experience in operational and compliance risks within banking. A strong risk mindset and can contribute to the growth of the business whilst providing strong recommendations for reducing potential risk exposure to enable problem-solving and decision-making. Strong reasoning and influencing skills to work with senior stakeholders. Change risk management experience. Being able to independently deliver for large projects and initiatives in diverse environments and interact with all levels of stakeholders. Experience in managing technology change within risk and compliance frameworks. Excellent analytical, planning, organising, evaluating and problem-solving skills. Prioritise effectively and work autonomously in a high-pressure and changing environment. The following are desirable but not mandatory: Risk or Business Unit relevant experience with 2 years’ experience in a Managerial role. Organisational awareness. Knowledge of the Group Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) and systems (RiskInSite).
