The role - your duties will include: Providing administrative support to a high performing sales team; Coordinating sales campaigns; Preparing listing presentations, agency agreements, appraisals and sales contracts; Preparing proposals and administration of new listings; Providing exceptional customer service to clients; Supporting with data entry & reporting; Assisting with the coordination of property marketing, including advertising properties for sale online and on social media accounts; Responding to incoming sales enquiries and prepare correspondence; Coordinating with vendors, buyers and external suppliers; Managing the exchange and settlement process; Managing diaries, emails and calendars; Conducting regular check ins with our valued clients; Assisting with generating business opportunities; Pre and post client care; Coordinating internal audits of documentation and agreements; General office/administration duties; and Upholding strict regulatory and professional standards. The candidate - to succeed in this role you'll have: Previous Real Estate experience is advantageous, however not essential; A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is highly desired (or be willing to obtain one ASAP); Exceptional customer service skills; Excellent communication skills; High levels of professionalism and fantastic personal presentation; A strong attention to detail; High level organisation and time management skills; A strong work ethic and positive outlook; Strong communication skills; A professional phone manner; The ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software; A willingness to learn; Good punctuality; and A forward thinking and proactive mindset.
