Job Title: Procurement Professional

Key Responsibilities:
* Dedicate time to establishing strong rapport with sellers, attending 5-7 appointments per week
* Negotiate and secure contracts either in person or over the phone
* Maintain accurate records of leads and CRM notes
* Closely collaborate with our internal team for seamless transaction completion
* Participate in daily roleplays, call reviews, and sales training sessions
Performance Metrics:
* Achieve a closure rate of at least 25% on qualified appointments
* Generate $75K-$150K+ in profit monthly through secured contracts
* Present verbal offers on every appointment
* Maintain high levels of accuracy in CRM management
Requirements:
* Demonstrate proven sales experience in fields such as real estate home buying, door-to-door, or B2C
* Possess strong emotional intelligence, listening, and negotiation skills
* Show a competitive mindset and eagerness to learn quickly
* Exhibit high ownership and attention to detail
* Maintain reliable transportation and be able to travel locally
