We are seeking a Strategic Human Resources Consultant to provide expert advice and support across the organization. Your expertise in navigating HR legislation, enterprise agreements, and contemporary best practices will be instrumental in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing specialist HR advice, interpretation, and application of HR policies, legislation, and enterprise agreements
* Cases management including performance management, misconduct handling, and conflict resolution
* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of preparing complex reports, briefs, and correspondence
You should have:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related fields
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR advisory or case management roles within a government or similar environment
* Australian citizenship is mandatory, with successful applicants required to obtain a Police Check clearance
