This is a critical leadership role that requires dynamic, high-performing Area Managers to lead multiple Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) locations across our growing network.

You Will Provide:
* Lead and coach Store Managers across multiple QSR sites, ensuring consistent operational excellence.
* Drive business performance across people, sales, profit, and compliance.
* Conduct Quality Store Visits (QSVs) and implement development plans to continuously lift standards.
* Champion team culture, engagement, and performance through training, coaching, and clear expectations.

About You
* Demonstrated success in multi-site leadership within QSR, hospitality, or retail.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience using data to drive improvement.
* Ability to lead with clarity, consistency, and care.
